Sculpture Personal Training
If you have injuries and think that you are unable to exercise, meet with AK and discuss how you can become mobile, lose weight or get fit again. I am in my sixties and love going to group fitness. AK’s classes are fun and get you moving. Rest assured, if you think you can’t, AK is an expert in alternative exercises especially tailored for you.

A great gym for personal training and group classes. All staff and other gym members are so friendly and go out of their way to help you reach your goals. Would highly recommend Sculptured Personal Training to anyone who needs motivation or looking to keep up their fitness levels!

One of the best. No, actually the best personal training facility I have ever been. The personal trainer AK is very passionate about everyone's personal fitness & sets training regime according to the individual's needs.The above review was done by me 3 years ago. I have been training at Sculpture personal training for over 15 years & always with AK. He is such a perfectionist. He trains according to what your body needs, whether it is your lower back something else, bones or muscles.He loves all the animals and birds. Proof is to see all the birds flock to the back door to have their feed. We also talk about cricket & golf. He is very passionate about this & various other subjects. I have come so far with him,I will be sticking with him & not go anywhere elseKeep going AK and all the very best.

Highly recommend Sculpture PT! Very friendly atmosphere. AK is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable and passionate about training. I have only been nearly 2 months with AK and I can see improvement in my strength and posture. Also, I have slipped disc and I feel much better since I started the training. Thank you AK for your amazing work!

Excellent trainers and facility. Welcoming and friendly family like atmosphere. I am very appreciative of the graduated training that has rehabilitated my injuries before starting to build strengrh. The trainers always monitor our progress closely to ensure correct form and address ongoing health issues. Such nice people and so much fun.
